INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOINING OR RENEWING MEMBERSHIP IN THE UHSRA
If you are NEW or changing clubs this year, decide what club you are joining and contact the club secretary through the contact lists on either the High School or Junior High Division tabs. If you are renewing you won’t need to contact your secretary, just follow instructions below.
Click on the Utah Membership Form. Fill out the form, print it, and get notarized then scan or take a picture of the form to upload on the National Membership Site. Paperwork without all required signatures will not be processed.
