Since there will be three rodeos this weekend in Vernal, two Jr. High and one High School, the fees at the gate will be assessed as follows:

The gate help will have lists of both the high school and jr high members.  If you will be going to both Jr. High and the High School Rodeos you will pay for all three rodeos at the gate.  If you are only attending Jr. High or High School you will pay just for those.

 Prices will be per person, per rodeo

$3.00 for adults (13 and older)

$1.00 for Children (12 and under)

 Please forward this message to your members so they understand how they will be paying.  The gate fees are what help each rodeo club to support this sport and provide rodeos for us to attend. Please be kind to the gate help.

 Also note the Jr. High rodeo on Saturday may start as early as 3:00 pm.  This is a change in the flyer.  The hope is to begin as soon as possible after the High School is finished.

The non-notified turnout rule will stand as written: “If contestant is at rodeo and refuses to get on stock that has been drawn for him. He not be allowed to enter next four (4) rodeos.” In all other events if it is determined by the Board that a contestant stands in abuse of non-notified turnouts then further disciplinary action may be taken.

The Event Leader button shows current leaders for each event and the All Around button shows the All Around standings. Our Utah Fallon Team won First Place in the Team Standings! 

Jayde Carter won First in the Girls Cow Cutting and Kylee Mackelprang First in the Breakaway Roping.

Carlie Brotherson was the First Attendant in the Queen Contest and four others took home Reserve Champion awards;  Miles Moosman in the Bull Riding, Tanner Denton in the Saddle Bronc and Makayla Russell and McKenzie Crouch in the Girls Cow Cutting.

All events will qualify the top ten from each Qualifying Rodeo for the State Finals.  This change will now include the Cutting and the Queen Contest.

The Breakaway Roping will be a ONE LOOP event

The Calf Roping will be a ONE LOOP event

Team Roping will be a TWO LOOP event

**The Western Dress Code will be enforced for both contestants and parents who are assisting in the arena.

Our National High School Team did awesome in Gillette!  Utah is the Reserve Champion Team!

Our Utah Girls Team won 1st place in the Nation with our Boy’s Team placing 6th and many contestants placing in the top ten!
